After the trying manager waited on us(who was very assisting and professional), our so called sever asked if we needed anything we told her her boss. took care of us. then her the trying manager and the manager were standing 10 ft away making a joke about it. the place was in total chaos and ruined. atmosphere that we love going there. I seen the main manager upping around and standing there while all chaos was going on while the training manager was doing everything he should be doing. I've managed a steak and seafood restaurant for 7 years and trained 100s of employees and that establishment has gone down so much. a surprise visit by someone should definitely be thought about on a Saturday night without employees knowing so u can see fir urself
